Our induction training is also an essential part of our selection process giving us the opportunity to view potential carers interacting with each other and our trainers over a 3 day period.
We ensure that our carers are equipped as best as possible through comprehensive training, to carry out their work to the highest possible standards. All our carers are fully employed by us with all PRSI and PAYE fully paid up.
Even a rigorous selection process and a quality training programme need a back up. We do this by regular monitoring of our carers and the work they are doing. This monitoring also ensures that we are constantly updating our clients care plans in line with their changing needs.
